Reset by Removing:
Take the battery out of the device for 5-10 minutes, then put it back and try charging normally. This can reset its internal protection circuit.
Trickle Charge:
Use a dedicated lithium charger with a low-current/recovery mode to gently raise the voltage above the cutoff point, allowing normal charging to begin.
Charger with Wake-Up:
