    • Pre-cooling Unit (Chiller): Cools the hydrogen to -40°C to prevent vehicle tank overheating during rapid refueling.
    • On-Tank Valve (OTV): Mounted on the vehicle tank, this manages the hydrogen flow, safety, and pressure monitoring.
    • Safety & Controls: Crucial safety elements include breakaway couplings, hydrogen leakage sensors, pressure sensors, and flame detection. 
    Small Station Characteristics 
    • Capacity: Typical small stations handle 100-500 kg/day, suitable for small fleet applications.
    • Refueling Time: Designed to fill cars in 3-5 minutes, with pressure management for 35 MPa (buses/trucks) or 70 MPa (passenger cars).
    • Space Saving: Skid-mounted and modular designs are favored to reduce the footprint, with some units offering integrated cooling, storage, and compression.
