    Manufacturing Process 
    1. Preparation: Pre-heating UF powder to optimize curing.
    2. Feeding & Molding: Material is fed into the mold, which is heated (140-145°C) and compressed at 250-300kg/cm².
    3. Ventilation: Automated air venting happens during the molding process to remove gases, typically for 1-2 seconds.
    4. Curing & Demolding: The material cures under heat and pressure (7-10 minutes) before the final product is removed.
