    How it works 
    • Overall crowning: A standard crowning system uses wedges, hydraulic cylinders, or other mechanisms to create a subtle, convex curve in the press brake's table (the bottom die).
    • Compensation: This curve compensates for the natural deflection that occurs when a press brake applies tonnage, which causes the machine's frame and table to bend inward.
