    When comparing the model to that on the official S&A site I can only conclude that I received an original S&A chiller from this seller. Note that the water is being pushed, not pulled. Hence the machine is only suitable for a closed loop, the outlet pressure must return the water to the inlet. You can't just dump inlet and outlet hoses in an open tank of water. Early testing showed the machine easy to configure with English manual and it managed to correctly cool the water to below room temperature (which indicates it is indeed capable of active cooling, unlike the cheaper CW3000). Noise levels are comparable to your standard 10000BTU portable air conditioning units, very acceptable. The most annoying sound is the loud beep when pressing a button during setup. The only thing I failed to find in the product description was the size of tubing required. The fittings measured 10mm and a bit, hence you need 10mm inner diameter tubing.
