Basic Revival (Cleaning)

Rinse:

Run the sticky tack under warm tap water, gently squeezing and stretching it to wash away dust and debris.
Dry:

Squeeze it in a clean towel for a few minutes, then let it air dry a bit more.
Knead:

Once dry, knead and stretch it vigorously for a few minutes to restore its elasticity and tackiness.

If it's Still Not Sticky (Adding Moisture/Softener)
