    • Cohesive Peel Technology: A polymer system where the film splits within its layers during peeling, transferring a layer to the Tyvek® (or substrate) for consistent, clean opening and visual indication of seal integrity (color transfer). 
    Thermoforming Process for Gauze 
    1. Forming: The bottom film is heated and drawn into a tray shape (e.g., pockets for gauze pads).
    2. Loading: Gauze (often pre-folded or compressed) is placed into the formed trays, sometimes manually or automatically.
    3. Sealing: The top web is sealed to the tray's rim, often under vacuum or in a modified atmosphere (MAP).
    4. Perforating/Die-Cutting: Machines create easy-open tabs or perforations for controlled tearing and dispensing.
    5. Cutting: Packages are cut into individual units.
