    • Modular Units: These systems are frequently housed in 20-foot shipping containers for rapid, mobile deployment.

    • On-Demand Production: Allows for localized production, particularly for agricultural fertilizer.

    • Efficiency: Technologies like the Rapid Ramp© system from Starfire Energy (or similar) enable quick, small-scale, and responsive production. 
    Safety and Control Systems 
    • Pressure Management: Specialized pressure controllers maintain stability, even with fluctuating inputs.
    • Monitoring: Technologies from companies like Endress+Hauser are used for monitoring critical parameters like pressure, temperature, and liquid levels, crucial for safety and performance, especially during the separation of nitrogen.
