    3. Level and Anchor: Measure to ensure perfect placement, then drill holes using a hammer drill to install concrete anchor bolts. Use shims to ensure columns are perfectly vertical.
    4. Install Overhead Beam: Raise and bolt the top crossbar, which often includes the hydraulic lines and safety cables.
    5. Hydraulics & Cables: Connect the hydraulic hose to the power unit, install hydraulic hoses to cylinders, and thread the safety cables, which connect the two carriages to ensure they stay level.
    6. Wiring & Fluids: Mount the 220V power unit, fill it with hydraulic oil (typically AW32), and connect the wiring.
    7. Finalize: Install the lifting arms, tighten all bolts, and test the lift with a vehicle, checking for fluid leaks and ensuring it locks. 
    Safety Tips 
    • Torque: Tighten concrete anchor bolts to specific manufacturer specs (usually around 140-150 foot-pounds).
    • Clearance: Check for hidden items in the floor, like radiant heating or electrical conduit, before drilling.
    • Safety Cables: Carefully route and tension the safety/synchronization cables so the lift raises evenly.
