    2. Operation: A weighted hammer (mace) is placed on the rotating fabric.
    3. Result: The machine rotates (typically 600 rotations), allowing the mace to create random snags.
    4. Evaluation: The sample is removed and graded by comparing it to standard reference photographs, generally on a scale where a higher rating indicates better resistance. 
    Commonly available in 4-position models (like GT-C17B), the tool is essential for assessing fabric durability in quality control environments.
