    2. MDM/EMM Setup (Management):
      • Use solutions like Microsoft Intune, SOTI Avalanche, Scalefusion, Hexnode.
      • Enroll devices, create device profiles (Wi-Fi, security), deploy apps.
    3. OEMconfig (Deep Configuration):
      • This is crucial for Android devices (Zebra, Datalogic)..
      • Approve the specific OEMConfig app (e.g., Zebra OEMConfig) in your MDM.
      • Use the MDM to configure device settings not available in standard Android: scanner key mappings, power management, specific security policies, Kiosk mode, etc..
    4. Warehouse Software Configuration:
      • App Deployment: Push your Warehouse Management app (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 Warehouse Management).
      • Connection Setup: Configure the app to connect to your server (via AD FS, QR codes, manual setup).
      • Workflows: Set up Mobile Device Menu Items (e.g., License Plate Receiving, Load Item Receiving).
    5. Freezer-Specific Needs:
      • Cold-Temperature Devices: Use devices rated for extreme cold (e.g., Zebra's "Cold Storage" models).
      • Heated Accessories: Consider heated battery sleds, screen protectors, or gun grips.
      • Connectivity: Ensure strong Wi-Fi coverage in freezers; configure roaming settings in MDM. 
    Example Configuration Flow (Zebra Freezer Device) 
    1. Procure: Zebra devices rated for -30°C.
    2. Enroll: Zero-touch enroll into Intune.
    3. MDM Policy: Create policy for Wi-Fi, device restrictions, Kiosk mode.
    4. OEMConfig: Approve Zebra OEMConfig app, configure scanner (trigger key, scan modes) and power settings via MDM's OEMConfig section.
    5. App Deployment: Deploy Dynamics 365 WMS app and required certificates.
    6. Testing: Test connectivity, scanning, and battery life in the freezer.
