    • Consistency: Because it is computer-controlled, it provides consistent results, removing the variability of human labor. 
    Technical Details 
    • Media Size: Typically, polycarbonate media between 0.015” and 0.060” (0.15 mm to 2.03 mm) is used.
    • Equipment: Specialized cryogenic deflashing machines are designed for this purpose, such as those that handle high-volume injection or cast molded polyurethane components. 
    For high-volume, complex PU parts where precision and high-quality finishing are necessary, cryogenic deflashing offers significant cost savings and better quality control over manual, labor-intensive methods.
