    Key Components and Function 
    • Vibrating Body: A cone-shaped unit attached to the bottom of the silo that vibrates to break up material compacting.
    • Suspension System: Specialized rubber or steel hangers support the activator from the silo.
    • Seal: A flexible, dust-tight polymer seal connects the vibratory unit to the fixed silo.
    • Vibrator Motor: One or two electric vibrators generate the necessary force to move the material. 
    Common Types of Discharging Units 
    • Bin Activator/Discharger: These units, like the Vibra Schultheis SX or Fragola EVF, provide gyratory movement that is transmitted to the material.
    • Silo Fluidizer: Devices like BinMaster Airbrators use aeration and gentle vibration to keep materials fluid.
    • Vibrating Cone Valve: The Soliflo uses a, vibrating, cone valve, which combines a main body, internal cone, and pneumatic vibrator. 
    Advantages 
    • Improved Flow: Ensures continuous, uniform discharge of materials.
    • Increased Capacity: Allows for a smaller hopper angle (shorter cone), which can increase the total volume of the silo.
