    How It Works (Integrated System) 
    1. Feed & Airflow: Air is drawn into the mill, picking up feed material and carrying it into the grinding zone.
    2. Grinding: High-speed rotating discs or hammers create intense impact forces, breaking down the material.
    3. Classification: The mixture travels to an internal air classifier (often a spinning rotor with vanes).
      • Fine Particles: Correctly sized fine particles are carried by the airflow out of the classifier.
      • Coarse Particles: Oversized particles are thrown to the sides and fall back into the grinding zone for further reduction (a closed-loop system).
    4. Collection: The fines exit the mill to a final separation unit, which can be a cyclone separator or a bag filter, to capture the finished powder.
    5. Cyclone Function: The cyclone uses centrifugal force to separate the fine product from the air, collecting it at the bottom while cleaner air exits.
