    How They Work (Infrared Model) 
    1. Prepare: Load samples into individual stainless steel cups.
    2. Load: Place cups in the machine's rotating cage/holder.
    3. Program: Set temperature (e.g., 130°C), time, and rotation speed.
    4. Run: Machine rotates cups in heated oil bath; computer controls heating/cooling.
    5. Monitor: Real-time monitoring via screen or app.
