    Tubing Hanger - Tubing Hanger and Spool

    • FS-Seals: Large cross-section, spring-energized elastomer seals used against rough surfaces and high-pressure differentials (up to 15,000 psi).
    • T-Seals: Three-piece seals with an elastomeric lip and two anti-extrusion rings, ideal for high-pressure, high-temperature (HPHT) environments.
    • Mandrel Hanger Pack-offs: Installed over the neck of a mandrel hanger to seal the annulus.
    • Secondary Pack-off Seals: Installed in the lower seal area of casing/tubing spools for redundant security.
    • Metal-to-Metal Seals: Used in high-pressure or corrosive environments where elastomers are unsuitable.

    • Energization: Seals are activated by casing weight (e.g., C-22/C-29 hangers), lockdown screws, or hydraulic pressure.
    • Performance: They are crucial in mitigating risk in wellhead equipment, meeting stringent API 6A, ISO, and Norsok standards.
    • Common Applications: Used with slip-type or mandrel-type hangers to prevent leaks between annulus and wellhead components.
