    AdBlue® is manufactured by blending 32.5% high-purity automotive-grade urea with 67.5% demineralized water. This precise mixture, known as AUS 32 (Aqueous Urea Solution), is produced to strict ISO 22241 standards to prevent damage to vehicle Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) catalysts. The process can be done via direct "hot-melt" from urea synthesis or by mixing solid urea prills with water.
