    Key Characteristics of PDCPD RIM Molding 
    • Material: pDCPD is a thermoset resin that cures (cross-links) during molding, offering properties similar to thermoplastics but with better performance in demanding environments.
    • Process: Two liquid components (isocyanate and polyol) are mixed and injected into a closed mold, polymerizing to form the final part.
    • Molds: Simple, low-cost aluminum molds can be used due to the low pressures and temperatures involved.
