I had to adjust the temp calibration by @ 4.5F to get it close to actual, but once all that was done it keeps fairly accurate temp.

Much more accurate than mercury sensor thermostat it replaced.

My new Amana PTAC and wireless thermostat work perfectly and replaced 20 year old unit very nicely.

Could not find at any local warehouses, and if ordered from them it was a 3 week turn around.

Unlike the previous remote thermostat we had, this one heats or cools to the temperature set, ie, you don't have to choose Heat or Cool, just set a temperature.
