    • Curing: An exothermic reaction forms the final polymer, producing parts with excellent impact strength, chemical resistance, and low-temperature performance. 
    Why Use a PDCPD Machine? 
    • Lower Tooling Costs: Aluminum molds are significantly cheaper than steel for high-volume injection molding.
    • Fast Cycle Times: Production cycles can be as short as a few minutes.
    • Large Parts: Ideal for large-format components (body panels, enclosures) that are difficult with other processes.
    • High Performance: Creates strong, corrosion-resistant parts with good surface finish, often eliminating the need for post-processing.
