    Usage Notes & Tips 
    • Pre-drying: It is recommended to place the crucible in a 105°C oven for 2 hours to remove moisture before the first use.
    • Heating Rate: Avoid heating or cooling faster than 5°C/min to prevent cracking.
    • Stabilization: Usually produced using Yttria (
      Y2O3cap Y sub 2 cap O sub 3
      𝑌2𝑂3
      ) or Magnesium Oxide (
      MgOcap M g cap O
      𝑀𝑔𝑂
      ) stabilizers to prevent tetragonal-to-monoclinic phase changes that cause fracture.
