    • Data Rates & Reach: Available in 1G (1.25 Gbps) up to 100G (100 Gbps). Common distances include 10km, 20km, 40km, and up to 80km, making them ideal for telecom, MANs (Metropolitan Area Networks), and data centers.
    • Wavelength Pairing: Typically used in pairs, such as 1310nm/1490nm or 1490nm/1550nm for single-mode fiber.

    • Interface: Generally utilize a Simplex LC connector.

    Pairing Requirement:
    Because BiDi modules use separate wavelengths for transmit (TX) and receive (RX), they must be matched in pairs. For instance, a module with TX1310nm/RX1550nm must be connected to one with TX1550nm/RX1310nm.
