    Key Components & Features 
    • Structure: Comprised of a conical body, often in carbon or stainless steel, with suspension rods or isolator hangers to isolate vibrations from the bin structure.
    • Vibrator Units: One or more heavy-duty motors (often electric oliverators) induce vibration, creating a fluidizing effect that breaks material arches.
    • Sleeve & Seal: A reinforced flexible sleeve and clamp attach the unit to the bin, preventing dust leakage and allowing free movement.
    • Internal Baffle: Helps to distribute the force evenly and support the load from above.
