    How it Works: 
    1. Fixed End: One side of the load cell is bolted or mounted firmly.
    2. Load Application: The object or platform to be weighed rests on the free end.
    3. Deformation: The weight causes the metal beam to slightly bend or shear.
    4. Strain Gauges: Strain gauges attached to the beam detect this minute deformation.
    5. Electrical Signal: The gauges convert the physical strain into a precise electrical signal, proportional to the applied weight, says Load Cell Central.
