    • Advantage: Purchasing non-metallized PERC wafers allows for specialized or improved, custom screen-printing and firing-through processes to form local electrical contacts, allowing for customized performance. 
    These wafers are commonly used to produce standard PERC cells and can also be utilized for bifacial PERC modules, which generate power from both sides.
